Bitget Withdrawal Not Received: Pending, Completed and TXID Checks

If a Bitget withdrawal has not arrived, first separate a request still being processed from a transfer already sent on-chain. Check Withdrawal History, then use the transaction ID (TXID) on the correct network explorer. A Bitget “Completed” label does not, by itself, prove that the receiving exchange has credited your account.

Official sources checked: September 11, 2026. This guide covers crypto withdrawals from Bitget, not bank transfers or P2P payment disputes. Account notices and current receiving-platform requirements take priority.

This is BitQED’s troubleshooting order, not a guarantee of recovery. Bitget distinguishes pending processing from completed dispatch in its missing-withdrawal guidance.

How to check a Bitget withdrawal TXID

  1. Open your actual withdrawal record, not a deposit record or an order-history screenshot.
  2. Record the asset, selected network, destination address, amount, status and request time.
  3. Copy the TXID if one is available. Use the explorer corresponding to that network.
  4. Compare the explorer’s transfer details with the Bitget record, then check the receiving platform’s deposit history.

Keep three separate pieces of evidence: the Bitget request, the blockchain transaction and the receiving account credit. A screenshot of only one does not establish all three. If an explorer search returns nothing, first verify the copied identifier and network; do not immediately conclude that funds are lost or that Bitget never sent them.

Bitget USDT withdrawal completed but not received

For a USDT transfer, compare the exact network selected on Bitget with the network supported by the destination for that deposit. “USDT” alone is not a complete transfer specification. Keep the original network unchanged in your support request rather than replacing it with whichever network now looks cheaper.

For the asset, network and address checks before a future transfer, see our Bitget deposit and withdrawal guide. This article addresses the different question of locating a transfer after a problem appears.

If the transfer is confirmed but the receiving account remains uncredited, send the receiving provider the transaction evidence. Do not assume that switching a wallet display or submitting another withdrawal will resolve an exchange crediting issue.

Wrong or missing tag/memo: contact the destination

A tag or memo can identify your account inside a receiving platform. A correct destination address is therefore not always sufficient. Compare the tag/memo actually sent with the destination’s requirement and preserve both values.

Bitget’s wrong or missing withdrawal tag/memo instructions direct users to the receiving platform once the withdrawal is completed. Give that provider the TXID, asset, amount, address and missing or incorrect identifier. Ask whether manual crediting or recovery is supported; neither success, a fee nor a completion date should be assumed.

Bitget withdrawal restricted: 24-hour holds are not every delay

Check the actual error before waiting blindly. Bitget lists identity-verification requirements, insufficient available balance, minimums, limits, address errors and network maintenance among possible restrictions.

Its current global withdrawal-restriction guidance describes a 24-hour restriction for relevant security changes, such as password or 2FA changes. It separately states that a successful login on a new device can disable payment and withdrawal functions for 1 hour on that device, without affecting previously used devices. These are different conditions, not interchangeable waiting periods. Read the timer and reason shown in your account; a separate review may still apply.

Do not disable protections simply to test whether a withdrawal works. If the security change was not yours, treat that as an account-security incident and use official support. Review our Bitget account security and withdrawal-protection guide.

Total balance is not the same as withdrawable balance

Bitget’s frozen-asset explanation distinguishes order-related reservations, pending withdrawals, security restrictions and compliance reviews. A displayed balance can include funds unavailable for a new withdrawal.

Read the relevant order, product and notification details before changing anything. Canceling an order may release its reserved assets, but it also changes your intended trade. Closing positions or redeeming a product is not a harmless troubleshooting test and may introduce losses or settlement conditions. An unexplained freeze requires support, not repeated transactions.

The receiving exchange returned it: obtain a second TXID

A return is a separate transaction. Ask the receiving exchange for its return TXID, asset, network, amount and destination. Do not assume that a transfer back to a Bitget sending address automatically becomes a deposit credited to your account.

For returns to its hot wallet, Bitget documents a refund-recovery support process. Keep both the original withdrawal and return records. Recovery depends on supported assets, networks and the actual destination; processing can take time and fees may apply. Submit the case through Bitget’s official support route and follow its current evidence requirements.

Prepare a useful support request without exposing secrets

  • State the problem precisely: pending request, confirmed transfer not credited, tag/memo error, or returned transfer.
  • Include the asset, network, amount, destination, TXID and relevant error text. Share your UID only through the appropriate official private channel.
  • Record the request time and timezone. A Korean screenshot labeled KST uses UTC+9; label it rather than sending an unexplained local time to global support.
  • Attach cropped screenshots of the transaction record, excluding unrelated balances and personal information where possible.
  • Never send passwords, one-time codes, API secrets, private keys or seed phrases. Do not pay a stranger who promises to “unlock” a withdrawal.

Frequently asked questions

How long should I wait for a Bitget withdrawal?

There is no universal arrival deadline. Processing, blockchain confirmation and recipient crediting are separate stages. Use the current record and notices to identify the delayed stage rather than relying on an old fixed-minute estimate.

Should I withdraw again while the first transfer is pending?

First establish what happened to the original request. A second transfer creates another record and potential cost; it does not repair the first transfer. Avoid repeated attempts while an unexplained restriction remains.

Can BitQED recover my missing withdrawal?

No. BitQED is an independent educational publisher and Bitget affiliate, not Bitget support or a recovery service. We cannot access accounts or reverse blockchain transfers. Affiliate relationships do not change the troubleshooting steps or guarantee an outcome.

Risk notice: Incorrect transfers can cause permanent loss. Exchange custody, account reviews, blockchain conditions and receiving-platform policies create additional risks. This guide is informational, not investment, legal or tax advice, and is not proof of account or regional eligibility.
