If a crypto deposit has not appeared in your Bitget account, first find the transfer’s TXID and check it on the correct blockchain explorer. Then compare the asset, network, destination address, required confirmations, deposit minimum and any tag or memo with Bitget’s current deposit page. A completed transfer on the sending platform does not by itself prove that Bitget can credit it.
Official Bitget sources checked: September 22, 2026. This guide covers on-chain crypto deposits into Bitget, not bank transfers, P2P payments or withdrawals from Bitget. Requirements and recovery options vary by asset, network, account and region.
Bitget deposit missing: identify the stage first
| What you can verify | Likely next step | Who can help |
|---|---|---|
| No TXID, or the sending platform still shows processing or failed | Check the sender’s withdrawal record. Do not submit a Bitget refund claim for a transfer that was never sent on-chain. | Sending wallet or platform |
| TXID exists but the blockchain confirmation count is below Bitget’s current requirement | Track the correct chain and wait for the required confirmations shown on Bitget’s deposit page. | Network status and, if needed, sending platform |
| Confirmed on-chain, correct supported asset and network, but not credited | Compare address, minimum, tag/memo and Bitget deposit history; prepare a support ticket with transaction evidence. | Bitget official support |
| Unsupported asset or network, missing or wrong tag/memo | Check Bitget’s self-service refund or official recovery route. Eligibility and recovery are not guaranteed. | Bitget official recovery process |
1. Verify the TXID on the right blockchain
Copy the transaction hash from the sending wallet or exchange withdrawal history. Open a reputable explorer for the network actually used, not just an explorer for an asset with the same ticker. Verify the transaction status, destination address, token contract where relevant, asset amount and confirmation count. If the sending platform says “completed” but offers no TXID, ask that platform for the on-chain transaction record.
Bitget says the number of confirmations required depends on the asset and network. The live deposit page is the place to check the required count. A fixed number in a third-party guide can become wrong. If the explorer shows a failed or nonexistent transfer, the sender must investigate first. Never send another transfer merely to test an unexplained missing deposit.
2. Compare Bitget’s deposit details
- Asset and network: Confirm that Bitget currently supports both the asset and the specific chain used. Networks with similar names are not interchangeable.
- Address: Compare the on-chain destination with the address Bitget displayed for the selected asset and network. An old or wrong address can require a different recovery route or be unrecoverable.
- Tag or memo: For assets that require one, check that the on-chain tag/memo matches the value assigned to your Bitget account. A correct address alone may not identify the recipient account.
- Minimum: Check the current minimum deposit for that asset and network. Bitget says deposits below the minimum may not be credited.
- Account destination: Check Bitget deposit history and the relevant asset account, such as Spot or Funding, before concluding the balance is absent.
For normal deposit setup and network matching, use our Bitget deposit and withdrawal guide. If the missing transfer is a withdrawal from Bitget to another platform, the status and responsible support team differ; see the Bitget withdrawal not received guide.
3. Choose the correct support or refund path
Confirmed, supported deposit with correct details: Submit a request through Bitget’s official support channel. Include the TXID, asset, network, amount, transaction time with time zone, destination address and any required tag/memo. Describe what the explorer shows and what Bitget deposit history shows. Provide account identifiers only inside the official private support flow.
Unsupported coin or network: Bitget documents a self-service “Refund of uncredited deposit” path from the account’s Deposit area. Select the issue type that matches the actual transfer and enter the transaction details exactly. A token contract address is different from the deposit address. If unsure, use the official “other/don’t know” option rather than inventing a network or contract.
Missing or incorrect tag/memo: Bitget has a separate recovery request process. Provide the correct transaction record and account details through its official form. Do not attempt to change or resend the irreversible original on-chain transaction.
Bitget states that refund or recovery eligibility is case-specific. Its published guidance says some refund applications can take up to 10 working days, while the tag/memo recovery guide describes a typical 10-business-day process; complex cases can take longer and a handling fee may apply. These are guidance figures, not promised deadlines or recovery guarantees. Read the current case screen and support reply for your actual account.
What to prepare without exposing account secrets
- TXID or transaction hash, chain, asset, amount and the time with UTC offset.
- The sending platform’s withdrawal status and the explorer’s status/confirmation count.
- The Bitget destination address, token contract where requested, and tag/memo if required.
- A concise screenshot of the transaction record with unrelated balances and personal data hidden.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, API secrets, private keys or recovery phrases to BitQED, a stranger or an unofficial “recovery agent.” BitQED cannot access a Bitget account or recover an on-chain transfer.
Frequently asked questions
Can a completed transfer still be missing on Bitget?
Yes. The sending platform’s completion status, blockchain confirmations and Bitget account crediting are separate checks. Confirm the TXID, chain, address, minimum and tag/memo before opening the appropriate case.
Will an unsupported-network deposit be refunded?
Not necessarily. Bitget assesses the asset, network and technical recoverability case by case. Its self-service refund route is a request for review, not a guarantee that the funds can be returned.
Should I send the same amount again?
No. A second transfer does not fix the first one and creates another risk and transaction record. Resolve the original TXID and receiving details first.
